Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients to foster repeat business
Manage sales pipelines, follow up on leads, and ensure timely progression of sales opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and transactions using IT systems
Organise schedules to optimise time management and maximise sales opportunities
Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar customer-facing role with a focus on negotiation skills
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Valid driving licence is preferred for client visits and meetings outside the office
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales management and reporting
Demonstrated ability in time management to meet targets and deadlines
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and presentation
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating organisational skills and initiative
