The Mission:


We’ve built a software solution that helps aesthetics clinics prevent revenue leakage. We need a high-energy BDM to open doors.


Your goal is simple:


Get clinic owners to say "Yes" to a 15-minute demo. You get paid when the demo has been confirmed!


What You’ll Do High-Volume Outreach:


Execute 50+ cold calls/outreach touchpoints per day to private aesthetics clinics.


Gatekeeper Navigation:


Master the art of getting past the front desk to speak with the clinic manager or lead doctor. Qualification: Identify clinics that are the right fit for our tech and uncover their current "pain points" (e.g., manual charting, high no-shows).


Booking:


Manage your own pipeline to ensure a steady flow of booked demos for the founding team.


Who You Are The Hunter: You aren't afraid of the word "No." You are persistent, professional, and persuasive.


Industry Fluent: (Preferred)


You understand the aesthetics world—you know the difference between a Botox appointment and a lip filler consultation.


Self-Starter:


Since this is commission-based, you are driven by your own output. You don't need a manager looking over your shoulder.
