The role
You will be responsible for:
- Handling incoming enquiries (calls, emails, forms)
- Actively contacting new and existing clients
- Selling training courses to B2B and individual clients
- Following up leads and closing sales
- Building long-term client relationships
- Meeting clear sales targets

The right person: - Proven experience in telephone sales (B2B preferred)
- Confident communicator with strong listening skills
- Target-driven and motivated by commission
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable with follow-ups and closing
- Professional, honest approach to sales

Requirements: - Previous sales experience (services / training is a strong advantage)
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
- Basic CRM / computer skills
- Right to work in the UK
