Order Processing: Manage order entries, track inventory levels, and process orders in a timely manner. 4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory in the company database. 5. Reporting: Generate regular sales reports for the management team, tracking sales performance, order status, and inventory levels. 6. Communication: Handle both internal and external communications, ensuring smooth communication with clients, vendors, and other departments. 7. Customer Invoicing: Prepare and process invoices, ensuring they are accurate and sent on time. 8. Administrative Duties: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing sales calendars, and organizing sales events. ** Key Skills and Qualifications:** 1. Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar administrative role. 2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 5. Experience using CRM software and sales-related tools is a plus. 6. Ability to handle confidential information and manage customer data with discretion. 7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. 8. A proactive, positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience: A minimum of a RQF level 5 (or equivalent). A degree or certification in business administration or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in sales administration or a related role is desirable.
