VIVANA is looking for a confident, self-employed B2B Sales Consultant to introduce our evidence-informed menopause workshops to UK employers. You will identify prospective clients, contact HR and People leaders, arrange meetings and support workshop sales. This is a flexible, remote, commission-only opportunity—not a salaried position. You will receive 20% commission on each completed sale generated through your work. For example, a £900 workshop pays £180 commission. Previous B2B sales, HR, workplace wellbeing or corporate training experience is desirable. You must have strong communication skills, work independently and be comfortable approaching business decision-makers. What you'll be involved in: • Finding and researching potential customers, • Supporting sales campaigns and approaching new prospects, • Following up with prospects and existing customers, • Creating marketing and social media content, • Helping prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals, • Learning our products and understanding the business problems they solve, • Attending meetings with customers and prospective customers, • Occasionally travelling within the UK to visit customers, prospects and industry events, • Working directly with experienced members of our team You'll get exposure to the full sales journey — from identifying a potential customer and making initial contact through to demonstrations, customer meetings and helping build long-term relationships. We're not expecting you to arrive with years of sales experience. We're looking for someone who is confident, curious, willing to learn and comfortable talking to people. Good written and spoken communication is important, and an interest in technology and business would be an advantage. You should also be comfortable travelling within the UK when required. All reasonable business travel expenses will be covered by the company. Because we're a small team, this won't be a narrowly defined junior position.
