Responsibilities: • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas., • Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware., • Assist in receiving deliveries and storing supplies in designated areas., • Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste in designated waste areas., • Support kitchen staff by performing basic food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients., • Ensure chemicals and cleaning equipment are continuously stocked, i.e. blue roll & sanitizer.
