Plan and lead engaging sessions under the guidance of a manager. Develop activities that support children’s individual learning targets. Create and prepare basic resources to enhance learning experiences. Lead a small team of staff to ensure smooth session delivery. Communicate with parents, providing feedback on progress and discussing future plans. Support children with challenging behaviour, including physical behaviours, using positive behaviour strategies. Maintain a fun, enthusiastic, and professional approach to ensure a positive learning environment.
