Senior Residential Support Worker - Prosper Care Services Northwest - Rainhill

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children and young people in an Ofsted-regulated residential setting. As a Senior Residential Support Worker you will lead shifts, supervises staff, and ensures safeguarding, wellbeing, and development needs are met in line with care plans and regulatory standards. Builds positive relationships, manages challenging behaviour, and promotes a safe, nurturing environment. Contributes to care planning, risk assessments, and reviews, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with policies and Ofsted requirements.
