The Bed and Breakfast Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations and guest experience of the establishment. The Manager will ensure that the rooms and facilities are well-maintained and in order, manage the supply inventory and distribution, and coordinate with repair services to promptly address any room modifications. The manager is also responsible for conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations, as well as performing necessary risk assessments. Additionally, the manager takes on a front-of-house role, planning guest care and supervising housekeeping staff and breakfast routines. The Manager will also be responsible for organizing the establishment's inventory on a consistent basis
