    Part-Time Caretaker / Compliance & Site Improvement Operative Unite Property Management & Lettings Ltd (UPML) Abington Square Court & Orient House, Northampton Role Overview We are seeking a proactive caretaker to support our student accommodation (35 rooms) and residential flats (6 units). This hands-on role covers cleaning, minor repairs, compliance checks (with photo logs), and site improvements. • Cleaning of communal areas (student & residential)., • Routine compliance checks – fire alarms, emergency lighting, H&S walk-rounds., • Minor repairs, redecoration, gardening, and site improvements., • Part-time role (~20 hrs/week, flexible), • Initial 6-month zero-hours trial, reviewed for permanent contract, • Pay: To be confirmed (depending on experience, reviewed after trial), • Practical handyman/DIY skills, • Reliable, organised, and proactive, • Able to use phone/tablet for photo logging, • DBS check and two employment references (required for successful candidate) Join UPML and help us deliver safe, well-managed, and welcoming homes for our tenants.
