Sales reports, and basic administrative tasks. Address customer feedback professionally and promptly. Essential Requirements Barista experience Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food retail management role. Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate or willingness to obtain). Proven ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong organisational and rota-planning skills. Confident with basic food preparation and baking tasks. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
