What You Will Do: We are looking for a results-driven Marketing & Sales Intern to work with the CEO on planning and execution of marketing strategies while actively identifying and driving sales opportunities. The hybrid role combines creativity with commercial acumen, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and getting hands-on with closing deals. · Sales Execution: Generate and qualify leads through digital platforms and email marketing, alongside supporting sales presentations and proposals. · Client Relationship Management: Maintain the CRM system, ensuring timely tracking and communication with clients, prospects and leads. · Collaboration with Content: Work with media and content teams to support idea generation, develop promotional/sales materials to improve sales outreach and conversion · Reporting & Analytics: Monitor campaign and sales performance in coordination with the CEO and Marketing Lead, sharing insights and opportunities with the team · Support Revenue Growth: Identify and close sales opportunities with the CEO, whilst continuing to nurture client relationships. Success in this role is demonstrated by providing strategic support and valuable inputs, helping firms generate leads and meet its sales objectives. Sales Consultant Duties and Responsibilities: - Acting as a point of contact between Students, Associate and Universities, Colleges. - maintain relationships with students, agents and Universities to understand their needs. - Engage with offer holders through multiple communication channels. - you will be meeting with many students, parents, agents and universities every day. - Contributing to our rapidly growing UK and international marketing and sales strategies. - Responding to Clients queries and resolving their objections to get them to make a purchase. - Working closely with students through online consultations, mentoring them throughout the application process, leading them on their journey to their dream university. - Playing a pivotal role in the commercial success of the company by pushing forward new leads to drive sales cycles towards completion. - Providing associates, students with detailed and accurate quotations and cost calculations. - Meeting with Students, Associates and Universities virtually or during sales visits. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our Company system. - Creates sales plans and recommends cost-effective sales practices. - Represent Escape Ilford College of Business Management at events and exhibitions as needed. - Serves as primary sales resource and helps address issues.
Position: Business Development Executive Location: Ilford, London Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Salary: Up to £38,000.00 - £40,000.00 dependent on experience (plus bonus structure) Responsibilities: Development and implementation of agreed strategies, supporting the client’s business objectives. Management of projects from concept through to delivery, always working to best practices. Excellent understanding of digital platforms, with a proven track record. Creative and constructive contributions to meetings, with the confidence to challenge. Supporting team members and managing third-party suppliers. New business support, from finding opportunities, developing tenders, contributing to the creative process, and presenting. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs. Ensure that all marketing content and activities comply with regulatory requirements. Manage and track all marketing-related reporting. Strong knowledge of online retail platforms, including eBay, Amazon, and other digital marketplaces. Demonstrated ability to understand online product management, including pricing, listings, and optimization strategies. About you: At least three years’ experience within the relevant field. Excellent knowledge of website platforms, social media marketing, user experience, content management systems, SEO, and PPC/AdWords strategies. Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Strong experience with CRM tools and marketing platforms, such as HubSpot. Experience managing and optimizing online product listings and digital marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. An excellent understanding of the digital industry, particularly in e-commerce. Ability to build and maintain strong client and team relationships. Confident communicator and presenter at all levels, with excellent interpersonal skills.
