Chef de rang 🍋🍋 Tes missions : • Accueillir et faire voyager nos clients en Italie pour faire de chaque étapes du service un moment chaleureux et convivial., • Connaissance parfaite de la carte du restaurant (produits et des vins) pour conseiller et accompagner les clients dans leurs choix., • Connaissance des techniques de vente pour optimiser ton ticket moyen et participer à la performance économique du restaurant., • Transmettre ton savoir faire pour accompagner la montée en compétences des runners. You will work in the pastry section to prepare our delicious desserts from scratch, from giant lemon pies to homemade gelato.
