The Coffee Club is open 7am-5pm which means your evenings are always free (unless we have special events on)! IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING: Responsibilities: Cover all kitchen and back house duties including breakfast menu, brunch menu and prep for daily sales. Prep and execute delivery of hotel events of up to 100 guests. Portion fresh ingredients including meat, fish, vegetables, herbs, chillies, spices, sauces and other ingredients required for curry preparation. Monitor the taste, seasoning, texture, portion sizes and presentation of curries and other dishes before they are served to customers. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness and kitchen safety in accordance with food safety requirements and restaurant procedures. Monitor kitchen ingredients and stock levels, arrange replenishment of required supplies and report shortages or wastage to management.
