Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sous Chef /Kitchen Assistant to join our dynamic team. If you have previous experience working in a professional kitchen and are confident using commercial kitchen equipment, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Assist in food preparation.
Operate professional kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
Assist in managing stock and storage
Prepare orders for takeaway and delivery platforms (Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat)
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a restaurant, or similar kitchen environment
Confidence in using professional kitchen equipment
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
