Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards, paying close attention to taste, presentation, and consistency. Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure the availability of necessary ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with the restaurant management team to develop new recipes and menu items that reflect seasonal changes and customer preferences. Train and supervise kitchen staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency and efficiency in food preparation. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following proper food handling and sanitation guidelines.
