Here at paradiso we train our team members to work on the bar and on the floor providing table service so everyone has the knowledge to work in any section. What we are looking for. An experienced supervisor who has worked behind the bar and on the floor. You are well organised, presentable, polite, have experience in leading teams of up to 12 people at one time, know how to deal with customer complaints, can train new and current staff members with all the skills they need to do their jobs to the highest standard. As the Restaurant Supervisor you will be working across our quick service restaurant and our outside terraced restaurant. You will be supporting the restaurant manager by leading a team of team members, commis waiters, servers and hosts. You will support our managers in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant from setting up for morning rush, to ensuring appropriate cover throughout the day, and carrying out closing procedures. This is a full time role 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 with shifts falling between 8am and 11.30pm.
