Applicants will be responsible for providing daily care and assistance to service users in the comfort of their own homes and other care settings to help achieve greater independence and improve quality of life.
Key responsibilities include; Personal Care, Emotional Support, Health Monitoring, Activity Planning, Mobility Assistance, Documentation and to work in-collaboration with family and other healthcare professionals. Training will be provided to successful applicants. Applicants must be able to drive and possess a full UK licence or equivalent. Hourly rate is £13.00
