This is a one off job you can do at home. We are looking for just four researchers to review and test our courses as par ot our internal quality assurance process. As part of the research you will take a regulated distance learning course (in Climate Change, Mental Health First Aid, Digital Promotion for Business or Specific Learning Difficulties) and then feedback to us on the platform (will be online or via workbooks), course and administrative process. You will receive the qualification worth £300 free of charge and we will pay you a fixed fee of £50 for your feedback which will take less than an hour.

Ideally you will need to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the estate agency industry and have a full UK driving license with your own car to use on appointments. Collaborate with the team to innovate and develop new items and specials. Prepare a variety of foods available in the menu items ensuring exceptional taste and presentation. Assess the freshness and quality of ingredients, especially spices and traditional components, sourced from suppliers. Monitor the consistency and quality of finished dishes to uphold high standards in flavor and presentation. Lead and guide junior kitchen staff, ie. Cook and trainee chefs, ensuring smooth kitchen operations, task delegation, and hands-on training in Indian culinary techniques. Oversee kitchen activities, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene, health, and safety standards, with effective task allocation and teamwork.
