-We are going to be a home for two children however at the moment we are transitioning one child into the placement as a solo 2:1.
-The shifts would be 2 days on 4 days off and theses shifts will include sleeps.
-Support workers get £15 a hour and sleeps are £60
-Depending on their CV the hourly rate may change but a interview would need to be booked in asap to determine this.
-We would need to have only qualified Candidates with NVQ children's residential level 3 or 4 AND BEOFRE the interview is booked in can they please send proof of the certificate as we have had a lot of false information shared that candidates are mistaken that a diploma is the same as a NVQ which is not true.
