Requirements



Professional experience in sushi preparation and Japanese cuisine
Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish handling
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
Basic knowledge of stock management and kitchen organisation
A professional and positive attitude
