We’re looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and friendly Swim Teachers to join our team for after‑school and weekend lessons. If you love helping swimmers grow in confidence and skill, this could be a great fit.
Requirements
- Swim teaching qualifications for Adult & Child sessions (STA, Swim England Level 2, or equivalent)
- A passion for delivering fun, safe, and engaging lessons
- Reliable, professional, and confident working independently and with groups
- Up‑to‑date DBS check and safeguarding training
- Swim Teacher or Lifeguard Rescue Award
Responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality lessons to both adults and children
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and enjoyment of all participants
- Communicate clearly with swimmers, parents, and staff
- Follow and contribute to our structured lesson plans and progression framework
