PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING: THESE PAID TRIAL SHIFTS ARE TODAY, FRIDAY 15/05/26. We are looking for fast, reliable and hard-working people to attend paid trial shifts tonight at our busy Latin nightclub. This is a dynamic support role. You may be trialled in Cloakroom, Barback, Runner support, or a mix of these areas depending on where you fit best. Available paid trial shifts tonight: Wave 1: Arrival: 22:00 Trial shift: 22:30 - 01:30 Wave 2: Arrival: 01:00 Trial shift: 01:30 - 04:30 Pay: £13.50 per hour Paid for time worked Possible extension until 05:00 if required and agreed Future regular weekend shifts available for strong performers. We are looking for people who are: • Fast, • Reliable, • Hard-working, • Proactive, • Well-presented, • Calm under pressure, • Physically active, • Good at following instructions, • Comfortable working late nights, • Able to move quickly without standing around, • Happy to support different areas of the venue Possible Cloakroom duties: • Taking coats and items accurately, • Issuing cloakroom tickets, • Returning items quickly and safely, • Keeping the cloakroom organised, • Managing queues calmly, • Helping customers politely and professionally Possible Barback / Runner duties: • Collecting glassware, • Restocking fridges, • Refilling ice, • Replacing bottles and mixers, • Clearing rubbish, • Supporting bartenders, • Dealing with spills quickly, • Keeping the bar moving during busy service Important: This is a paid trial shift. If suitable, you may be asked to complete the full trial shift and may be offered future shifts. If it is not the right fit, the trial may be ended early and you will be paid for the time worked. Requirements: • Must be 18+, • Must have the right to work in the UK, • Must be available tonight, Friday 15/05/26, • Must be able to arrive for either 22:00 or 01:00, • Must be comfortable working in a busy nightclub, • Must be willing to work hard and move quickly Helpful experience: • Barback, • Cloakroom, • Runner, • Hospitality, • Events, • Nightlife, • Warehouse, • Stockroom, • Cleaning, • Restaurant floor work Experience is helpful but not essential if you are reliable, fast and willing to work hard. Shift: Tonight - Saturday 02/05/26 22:30 - 05:00 Arrival for briefing: 22:00 Pay tonight: £13 per hour Tip share where applicable Regular weekend work available for strong performers About us: We are a premium, high-energy Latin nightclub and sports bar. The venue is fast, busy, fun and customer-focused. The barback role is essential because you help keep the bar moving quickly all night. We are looking for someone who is: • Fast, • Reliable, • Hard-working, • Physically active, • Proactive, • Calm under pressure, • Good at following instructions, • Comfortable working late nights, • Able to keep moving without standing around Duties include: • Restocking fridges, • Refilling ice, • Collecting and organising glassware, • Replacing bottles and mixers, • Clearing rubbish, • Keeping the bar area clean, • Supporting bartenders during peak service, • Dealing with spills or hazards quickly, • Helping close down at the end of the night Experience is helpful but not essential if you are reliable, fast and willing to work hard.
