Café Assistant / Bakery Team Member

Hours: Full-Time / Part-Time Available

The Role
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Café Assistant to join our team in Richmond. This is a fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be serving customers, preparing food and drinks, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and helping to ensure our café runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times
- Serving food, drinks, and bakery products
- Operating the till and handling customer transactions
- Preparing sandwiches, coffees, and light food items
- Restocking displays and ensuring products are presented attractively
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team environment
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures as required
What We're Looking For

- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Previous café, bakery, hospitality, or retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
