


We are seeking a motivated, hands-on individual to join our team as a Trainee Production Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to begin a career in mechanical maintenance and industrial systems. No prior experience is required, full training will be provided. All we ask is a strong work ethic, a practical mindset, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of conveyor belt systems
Support experienced technicians both on-site and in the workshop
Carry out routine inspections and help identify potential faults
Learn to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
Ensure all tasks are completed in line with health and safety standards
Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organised working environment
Requirements:
A genuine interest in mechanical or engineering work
Good practical skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Basic knowledge of tools and machinery (advantageous but not essential)
Full UK driving licence (preferred)
