We are seeking a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support and help streamline our daily operations. As a Virtual Assistant, you will work remotely to handle a variety of tasks, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and respond to emails, phone calls, and calendar scheduling.
Organize and maintain digital files and records.
Conduct research and compile reports as needed.
Assist with social media management and content scheduling.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Coordinate virtual meetings and handle travel arrangements.
Perform data entry and other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a relevant administrative role.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite, and project management tools.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
Familiarity with CRM systems and online collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello).
Previous experience in a remote working environment.
