Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential. Strong guest services skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer experiences. Basic maths skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
