The Fat Crab in Clapham, we are specialising in seafood !!!! Our opening hours: Tuesday – Friday 16.00-23.00 Saturday 12,30-23.00 Sunday 12.30-22.00 Closed on Mondays. What you do as a Waiter/Waitress: You pride yourself on having excellent product knowledge and going the extra mile to create memorable guest experiences. You’re confident to run and supervise, cleaning, taking orders, answering phone and managing bookings. Skills & Experience Required • Previous experience in Food & Beverage, ideally within a hotel environment., • A genuine passion for hospitality and guest service., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong attention to detail with a focus on presentation and standards., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • A positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude., • Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
