Your Role: The front of house team is currently looking for a passionate Waiter/ Waitress to join our family, ensuring each guest is welcomed warmly, whilst making their time with us a memorable one by providing our guests with the finest food and beverages, accompanied by, friendly, efficient and flawless service throughout their experience. This vacancy sits within our newly opened 'SAMBAROOM' - Our new cocktail bar & private dining room located on the 39th floor of London’s Heron Tower. Your Requirements: The Waiter/Waitress’s primary responsibilities are to exemplify uncompromising hospitality with courteous and efficient service to guests throughout their dining experience. The Waiter/Waitress takes orders, answers questions about the menu, sells the restaurant's food and drinks, takes payment, and communicates orders with the kitchen staff while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanour. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue. Requirements: Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting. Strong knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including wine and cocktail selections. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering impeccable service.
