The role As a Waiter / Waitress, you'll look after our guests throughout their experience, making sure they leave happy. You'll take orders, serve food and drinks and confidently recommend dishes, wines and drinks from our menu. You'll follow our steps of service, manage your section and make sure every guest feels welcome, looked after and never forgotten. You'll work closely with the runners and bar team to keep service running smoothly, especially when the restaurant gets busy.
