We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing top-notch guest services.
Responsibilities:
- Present menus and provide detailed information when required
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals
- Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks when necessary
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards at all times
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly
Skills:
- Proficient in basic maths for order taking and bill calculations
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- A helpful attitude and willingness to assist colleagues as needed
