We are looking for a motivated waiter or waitress to join our dedicated team at Qualia Lounge in London. As a member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers promptly and courteously.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve orders in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth service workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
