•Maintain a high level of personal hygiene • Interested and knowledgeable in all Pizza-making process • Collaborate with colleagues on cutting, slicing and cooking all ingredients needed for all selection of pizza • Keep a good standard of hygiene in all section including all different pizza oven and machinery • Tidy storage in both walk in fridges to be maintain at all time with a good rotation of ingredients • Maintain Luci quality and standards following all par levels avoiding waste of dough and ingredients • Follow all the assignments received from Head pizzaiolo • Keeping all ovens always at right temperature to achieve the same quality of pizza • Check constantly the proof process of the dough, avoiding overproof and then wastages • Collaborate with FOH staff and kitchen’s chefs to manage a good service and a counter always filled with fresh baked pizza up to Luci standard

We are looking for Commis Chef/Chef De Partie to join the team as part of CIPRIANI Family Full Time Commis Chef/ Chef De Partie (around 45 hours a week) You will work 8 shift a week with two days off. All extra shifts will be paid as overtime. Benefit: Private Insurance. Two meals per day are provided.
