General bar tending duties to include general cocktail making, cleaning of beer lines, working well as part of a team and serving customers with a friendly and professional attitude. Key Responsibilities • Serving drinks (beer, cocktails, whisky pours, soft drinks) to a high standard., • Delivering warm, efficient and professional service at the bar and on the floor., • Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar., • Preparing simple cocktails and mixed drinks following SMOK’D specs., • Engaging with guests, offering recommendations, and enhancing their experience., • Handling payments, tills, and cash-up procedures when required., • Supporting the FOH team during busy service and ensuring smooth operations., • Upholding all licensing laws, age-verification checks, and health & safety standards. Candidate Requirements • Friendly, confident and great with people., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping service standards high., • Comfortable pouring beer, making basic cocktails, and handling a busy bar., • Good communication skills and a strong team-player attitude., • Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred — but the right attitude is most important., • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends., • Right to work in the UK.
