Full or part time waiter required for the Empress in Victoria Park. We have a new head chef (St John/Quo Vardis/Andrew Edmonds) and need an additional member staff that ‘gets it’. Hours are flexible at our independent food led gastropub and we try to do a rota that fits around you.

we are looking for part-time waiter/waitress who is living in Stratford or near by, has experience in floor and bar, with strong communication skills, has the ability to talk about our menus, eye for detail, quality and speed. Full of energy, nice presentation and desire to be the best progress in our team, full knowledge of food safety and allergies. Can speak fluent English and Italian or other languages is an advantage.
