Responsibilities: - Handcrafting a variety of pasta dishes, ensuring the highest quality and authenticity. - Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop and refine pasta recipes. - Maintaining a clean and organized pasta-making station. - Consistently producing pasta dishes according to established recipes and standards. - Monitoring and managing pasta inventory.
