Adaptive LTD Description We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant and LED Lighting and Sign Assembler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have some experience with soldering, some mechanical knowledge and a background in warehouse operations. This position involves assembling various components using a soldering iron, flexible neon on acrylic. Although some of the above are ideal they will not be essential as training will be provided. Responsibilities: 1. Read and interpret invoices 2. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards 3. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment 4. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals 5. Experience 6. Previous experience in assembly and soldering preferred but not essential 7. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting assembly issues 8. Ability to work efficiently in fast paced environment 9. - Receiving and Unloading: Receive and unload deliveries from suppliers, checking for accuracy and quality of goods. - Packing and Dispatch: Pack goods securely and efficiently for dispatch, labelling and preparing them for transportation. - Equipment Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if necessary). - Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

We are looking for a friendly bubbly warehouse assistant that has extensive experience of working unaided and can work on their initiative. You will become a valued member of staff and be part of a dynamic close-nit team. We need someone who’s main strength is the ability to maintain concentration for repetitive tasks and lift heavy loads of honey, whilst sticking to strict hygiene controls. The following are minimum requirements in the role: the ability to lift 20-30kgs the ability to perform repetitive tasks Good hygiene standards Able to prioritise workload Work under pressure, handles pressure Cannot be allergic to bees Experience in food preparation Maintaining the honey room facility meets food standards requirements and hygiene levels at all times Cleaning up at end of the day ensuring hygiene standards are adhered to. Able to adhere to HACCP checklists and end of the day closing procedures Operate machinery in honey processing room Strong command of english language Able to communicate both Written and verbal in English the ability to maintain concentration for repetitive tasks Report issues of quality to warehouse manager Most of this role will be: Processing honey Picking and packing General maintenance of the warehouse Ensuring that orders go out in timely manner and quality standards are adhered to at all times Stock inventory Good's in & Out Completing daily paperwork We are seeking for a numerate person as there will be an element of calculations to be factored into the role. Ideally someone would have experience within SALSA as we are Salsa Approved, trianing can be provided for this.
