Role Description
We are seeking a self-sufficient, organised person to look after our warehouse, customer fulfilment, first lead customer service point, and undertake general basic administration for the company on a part-time basis.
You will need to be confident to communicate with internal and external stakeholders, adaptable, able to work independently or in a team, and be effective with time and process management. The role is based in our warehouse/office location with Reading town centre.
The role is advertised at 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, and we are open to the hours that it is completed within a standard workday. For example, this could be completed within standard school hours, or with some agreed flexibility.
Key responsibilities day to day will encapsulate customer and goods logistics and customer support. With wider time across a week/month for some general office administration, data entry and management, and stock organisation.

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, responsible, and has a positive self-starting can-do approach to pushing up their sleeves, applying themselves, and getting tasks done. Please note there is some physicality to this role with lifting and moving boxes, taking in deliveries and packing up larger corporate orders etc. Training on our systems and tools will be provided in your induction. Our team is friendly, hard-working, and mission-driven, researching and making new technologies and products to help people.
