  Early Learners Centre require passionate practitioners for their term time pre school. We are looking for passionate and experienced individuals to add to this team. The role is for a Pre School Assistant based in our Leyton Branch. £12.21 per hour depending on experience and qualifications Suitable Pre School assistant candidates must have the following: • An NVQ level 2/3 or higher qualification in childcare, • At least one years experience of working with 2-5 year old children, • Good understanding of the current Early Years Foundation Stage framework, • Experience of delivering a high-quality learning environment through good interaction and planned activities based on observations, • Experience of setting up a wide range of activities for all areas of learning, using observations from these activities to assess children's progress and plan further activities to support the learning and developmental needs of individual children., • Good understanding of Safeguarding and Child Protection, Health and Safety, Food Safety, Confidentiality, and Whistle Blowing.
