Community sessions run for 3 hours in total: 30 minutes set-up, a 2-hour workshop, and 30 minutes pack-down.
Sessions typically take place on weekday evenings or Saturday mornings depending on the venue.
Before your first session, you will complete a paid onboarding and induction (billed at £15.00), which covers
ThreadPoint’s curriculum framework, safeguarding procedures, and community delivery approach.
+ The Role
Community sessions are where ThreadPoint’s work comes to life beyond the classroom. You will lead the session independently, bringing energy, warmth, and genuine curiosity about the world. You are
confident holding a room of mixed ages and backgrounds, creating a space where a five-year-old and their grandparent can both have a lightbulb moment about the systems that shape daily life.
