Job Title: Talent & Social Coordinator Location: Hybrid: HQ + WFH Salary: Depending on Experience ROLE OVERVIEW We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Talent & Social Assistant to join Water Creative, working across our talent division, Underwater. This is a social-first role, with responsibility for leading the agency’s social presence and supporting talent with platform-native content, strategy, and execution. It’s ideal for someone with a strong understanding of social media, digital culture, and the creator economy. Alongside social ownership, you’ll support Talent Managers with the day-to-day coordination of our digital talent roster, helping deliver brand partnerships and campaigns smoothly. Working across campaign coordination, communications, content planning, and trend awareness, you’ll play a key role in keeping both the agency and its talent visible, relevant, and commercially connected. You’ll work closely with a diverse range of creators, brands, and agencies, helping to build strong relationships, maintain smooth internal processes, and support the successful delivery of standout social-led campaigns. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Talent Assistance & Support: • Work closely with the Talent Director and Talent Managers to support the day-to-day management and growth of a select roster of digital talent., • Assist with sourcing and onboarding emerging talent in line with agency goals and targets., • Support contract processes by assisting with drafting, tracking, and coordinating the execution of agreements with brands and agencies., • Brief talent on campaign deliverables and timelines, and help ensure assets are submitted on time., • Maintain compliance with ASA guidelines and platform policies across campaigns., • Own the day-to-day administration of talent partnerships, keeping information organised and up to date across internal processes., • Support Talent Managers by tracking campaign progress, deadlines, approvals, and outstanding actions., • Monitor social and cultural trends and compile performance data, sharing insights with the team and talent to support content planning and talent development., • Manage inbound enquiries, respond to emails, sharing rate cards and talent info in a timely, professional manner., • Proactively highlight brand opportunities and assist in preparing pitches and decks for talent and campaigns., • Support events and PR activity by coordinating logistics, schedules, talent availability, guest lists, and follow-up administration., • Assist in tracking invoices and payments in collaboration with the Talent Managers and accounts team., • Help maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and agencies through professional communication., • Maintain awareness of key marketing moments and calendar dates, supporting forward planning for campaigns, content, events, and social activity., • Schedule internal and external meetings, keeping agendas and action points up to date., • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks across the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations., • Assist with preparing documents, decks, and reports for internal use or client meetings., • Keep brand address book, talent decks, website, and key stats up to date to support brand pitches and growth opportunities. Social Media: • Manage and own the agency’s social media channels end-to-end, ensuring consistent, engaging, and on-brand output., • Capture behind-the-scenes content, talent moments, events, shoots, and campaign activity (both planned and reactive)., • Edit short-form video and social content using platforms such as, Canva CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools., • Write engaging captions and plan, schedule, and manage social content in advance to ensure consistent and timely posting across platforms., • Stay ahead of social, cultural, and platform trends, proactively sharing best practice and content ideas with the team and talent., • Support talent with social strategy ideas, content trends, formats, and platform best practices when required, sharing suggestions in the agency Broadcast Channel, • Track social performance and assist with reporting on agency social growth and engagement., • Ensure all social content aligns with brand guidelines, talent positioning, and platform standards. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE • 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role (assistant positions in influencer marketing, social media, or talent management preferred)., • Demonstrate experience running, posting to, and growing social media accounts (personal, brand, or agency)., • Excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills., • Highly organised and proficient in Microsoft, editing tools, scheduling and Adobe, with great attention to detail., • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment., • Passionate about influencer marketing, social media, and trends., • Knowledge of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and platform analytics., • Social-first and highly engaged with platform-native content, with a natural eye for trends and being reactive.
