    Job Title: Skilled Joiner – Timber Windows, Staircases & Bespoke Joinery Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Location: Hatfield Heath and Local areas Salary: Competitive, based on experience Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and reliable joiner to join our team, specialising in the manufacture of timber windows, staircases, doors, and custom joinery. The role is ideal for someone who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship and has a strong background in traditional and modern joinery techniques. Key Responsibilities Manufacture and assemble bespoke timber products including windows, staircases, and doors Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD plans Work with hardwoods and softwoods using both hand tools and machinery Ensure accuracy, detail, and quality in all finished work Collaborate with workshop and site teams to meet project deadlines Requirements Minimum 5 years of joinery experience, preferably in high-end or bespoke work Skilled in traditional woodworking and use of workshop machinery Able to read technical drawings confidently Excellent attention to detail and finishing Ability to work independently and as part of a team CSCS card (preferred) Own tools (an advantage but not essential) Benefits Competitive pay (dependent on experience) Full-time, permanent role with consistent workflow Opportunity to work on a variety of unique and high-quality projects Supportive team and professional working environment
