Key Responsibilities: • Open and prepare the bar for service to a high standard, • Lead the floor and support the team throughout the shift, • Deliver warm, knowledgeable hospitality with a focus on agave spirits, • Ensure smooth coordination between bar, kitchen, and listening lounge, • Maintain stock levels and oversee prep and organisation, • Previous supervisory experience in a similar bar or restaurant, • Strong knowledge of classic cocktails with a focus agave spirits (tequila, mezcal) preferred, • Confident leadership and decision-making skills, • Ability to work independently and take ownership of the shift, • Available Saturdays and Sundays
