As a Barback, you will be crucial to the smooth operation of our busy bar, supporting our bartenders and ensuring they have everything they need to deliver exceptional service. Key Responsibilities: • Maintain and replenish stock of beverages, ice, garnishes, and cups throughout shifts., • Assist bartenders with preparing and organising the bar for service., • Change kegs and restock fridges as needed., • Ensure the bar area remains clean, tidy, and organized at all times., • Support with general bar maintenance and cleaning duties., • Assist with opening and closing procedures of the bar., • Contribute to a positive and efficient team environment. Requirements: • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic nightclub/bar setting., • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks., • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items., • Excellent team player with good communication skills., • Previous experience as a Barback or in a similar hospitality role is a plus., • A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
