BARISTA WANTED ☕️ Location: Select Car Leasing Stadium, Reading Position: Barista Job Type: Part-Time / Event Work We are looking for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Barista to join our catering team at the Select Car Leasing Stadium, home of Reading FC. The role will primarily involve working on Reading FC home matchdays, with opportunities to work at other events held at the stadium. The Role You will be responsible for: • Preparing and serving a range of coffees and hot drinks, • Operating professional coffee equipment, • Providing friendly and efficient customer service, • Taking customer orders and handling payments, • Keeping the coffee area clean, organised and well stocked, • Working efficiently during busy matchday periods, • Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures What We’re Looking For Previous barista or coffee shop experience is preferred, although training can be provided for the right person. We’re looking for someone who is: • Reliable and punctual, • Friendly and confident with customers, • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, • Able to work well as part of a team, • Available for Reading FC home fixtures and stadium events Working Hours Hours will vary depending on the stadium event schedule, with the majority of shifts taking place on matchdays, weekends and some evenings.
