We are looking for a full-time 'Bar Staff' for our busy independent pub in Highbury [N5] The Bank of Friendship is a very busy, well-established pub which pumps out a lot of volume from tight spaces. A hearty, warm welcome is a hallmark of our business. We are always evolving, and you can add your contribution every day by bringing your experience, enthusiasm and energy to work. Bar staff in our company are involved in most aspects of working behind the bar and assist the senior team to run the site and develop the business. We are looking for an individual who is forward-thinking, friendly and relaxed, with a commitment to quality, consistency and enthusiasm about our great products. This permanent position would suit someone who is already have experience working in a busy pub. The ideal candidate will: - be friendly and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and a desire to learn - enjoy working in a busy pub environment - have a knowledge of the independent and modern drink industry, craft beers and organic wines - demonstrable experience of working independently and as part of a team in pub settings - take pride in their job and pay strong attention to detail - be eligible to work in the UK - be able to comfortably commute to/from Highbury even at late night.
