BodyChargers is building an international sales team across the UK and USA. We are looking for ambitious, confident and motivated people who are passionate about health and wellness and who want to help people discover a different approach to understanding their health. This is a sales role — so we're looking for people who enjoy speaking with people, building relationships, asking great questions and closing sales. You don't need to be a healthcare professional. You do need to be hungry to learn, comfortable communicating with people and motivated by results. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Speak with qualified BodyChargers prospects by phone and Zoom, • Understand each prospect's goals, challenges and reasons for looking for support, • Explain the BodyChargers approach and the 7 Pillars of Health, • Present BodyChargers programmes and membership opportunities, • Follow up with prospects and build genuine relationships, • Conduct sales consultations and convert qualified prospects into members, • Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups, • Participate in regular sales training and team meetings, • Become highly knowledgeable about the BodyChargers methodology, programmes and community WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You may be a great fit if you are: • An experienced salesperson or natural communicator, • Passionate about health, wellness and personal development, • Confident speaking to people on the phone and via Zoom, • Comfortable having sales conversations, • Motivated by targets and financial rewards, • Persistent without being pushy, • A strong listener who knows how to ask questions, • Professional, organised and reliable, • Coachable and willing to learn, • Comfortable working remotely and managing your own time EXPERIENCE THAT COULD BE A GREAT FIT We'd particularly like to hear from people with experience in: • High-ticket sales, • Health and wellness, • Health coaching, • Fitness, • Nutrition, • Supplements, • Wellness clinics, • Medical or health-related sales, • Coaching programmes, • Membership sales, • Personal training, • Customer success, • Consultative sales Previous health experience is not essential. We're looking for the right combination of character, communication skills, ambition and sales ability.
