    Experienced Laundry & Pressing Assistant / Shop Manager – Dry Cleaners We are looking for a reliable, hardworking and customer-focused person to join our busy dry cleaning shop. The role includes washing, pressing and finishing domestic garments and household items to a high standard, whilst delivering excellent customer service to our regular clients. You will also be responsible for helping manage the day-to-day running of the shop, organising your own workload efficiently, and assisting with the continued growth and success of the business. About the Role We have an exciting opportunity within our Customer Service Team for someone to join us on a permanent full-time contract after successfully completing a 6-month probationary period, alongside an advanced title of ‘Junior Customer Service Executive’. Duties and Responsibilities • You will be able to provide First Class customer care via Gorgias and similar platforms., • Manage all customer communication efficiently and promptly., • Cooperate with couriers daily to resolve shipment issues or delays., • Proactively collaborate with the team to develop solutions for recurring queries or complaints., • Ensure adherence to Vanquish policies and procedures., • Relay relevant customer feedback to the Head of Customer Services and other relevant departments to optimize the customer experience. Please note: This role will require working some half-day Saturdays per month, from home.
