The Quotes Analyst will be responsible for analyzing client inquiries and providing quotes for shipping costs for various types of cargo. You will also be responsible for communicating with customers and coordinating with the sales and operations department to ensure a timely response and accurate pricing. The Quotes Analyst will also be asked to maintain accurate records, and effectively manage their time. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred, but relevant experience will be considered Strong analytical and mathematical skills Excellent written and oral communication abilities in English and Spanish Customer service skills Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
