    Boulevard Brasserie is a busy, Parisian-style brasserie in the heart of Covent Garden, moments from London’s Theatreland. We’re known for warm hospitality, classic French food, and fast-paced pre-theatre service. We’re now looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to help lead our front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences every day. The role As Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll be a visible leader on the floor, supporting management with the smooth running of services while motivating and developing the team. You’ll set the standard for service, handle the flow of a high-volume restaurant, and ensure every guest leaves happy — whether they’re dining pre-theatre or settling in for a longer evening. Key responsibilities Running shifts and leading the floor during busy services, including pre-theatre Supervising and motivating the FOH team to deliver consistent, high-quality service Welcoming guests, managing sections, and overseeing smooth table turns Handling guest feedback and resolving issues confidently and professionally Supporting training and development of team members Ensuring service standards, cleanliness, and health & safety procedures are met Assisting management with cash handling, handovers, and daily operations What we’re looking for Previous experience as a Supervisor or strong Senior Waiter/Waitress in a busy restaurant Confident, hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality Calm under pressure and highly organised during peak services Strong communication and people skills A genuine interest in food, wine, and guest experience Flexibility to work evenings and weekends What we offer Competitive pay Tronc / service charge Staff meals on shift Career progression within a well-established hospitality group A supportive, energetic team environment in a prime West End location If you love great service, thrive in a fast-paced restaurant, and enjoy leading by example, we’d love to hear from you.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your expertise in various accounting software and financial management practices within a dynamic organisation. The ideal applicant will possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting tools such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and PeopleSoft, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports using accounting software including QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and PeopleSoft Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently Reconcile bank statements and ensure the integrity of financial data Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Support month-end and year-end closing procedures Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies Provide mentorship to junior team members and support training initiatives in financial management practices Collaborate with external auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation Monitor cash flow and assist in financial risk assessments Maintain organised records of all financial transactions for audit purposes Qualifications Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role within the financial services sector Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, PeopleSoft, or equivalent systems Strong understanding of financial management principles and accounting standards Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Ability to analyse complex financial data accurately Experience in mentoring or supporting team members is desirable Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) are preferred but not essential Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
