We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Breakfast & Brunch Chef to join our team in a bustling restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role and be available to cover double shifts as needed.

Responsible for preparing ingredients before and during brunch service. Duties include chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, preparing sauces, making batters, and organizing mise en place. Supports line cooks by restocking stations, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring fast, consistent plating during service.
